Renowned as one of the best golf courses in the Sydney area Riverside Oaks golf course is to be the RAR Association's major fund raising venue. By joining in you'll be helping to raise money for the day to day operations of the RAR Association and subsidised members' events such as the recent Birthday Function at Victoria Barracks.
The day is designed to be as serious as you wish. You don't have to be a good golfer to participate and you don't have to be male. It's an opportunity to catch up with other Association members and to meet new friends while having a bit of fun. There will be prizes awarded through the on-course activities which will be presented at the end-of-day presentation.
So get a group together and enjoy the day.
Date: Tuesday 8th May 2007
Cost: $90 per head which includes course fees, golf cart, BBQ lunch, prizes. (Golf clubs can be hired at the pro shop)
Event: Ambrose with a shotgun start (We will supply the shotgun)
Handicap: PGA approved or 18
Activities: Overall winner, Bradman, nearest the pin holes, longest drive, shortest drive, drive and chip, betting hole and survival.
